The hotel's elegant ambiance and beautiful décor made me feel like a queen. The spacious and well-lit lobby and halls were perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the hotel's convenient layout made it easy for me to navigate as a senior. The staff were always ready to assist with my bags and offered a warm welcome, making me feel right at home.

I wish the children working there were more attentive and considerate of the needs of senior guests.

Simmons Dream Beds - I never thought sleeping on a cloud was possible until I experienced the plush Simmons Dream Bed at this hotel. It made my own bed feel like sleeping on a rock!

Unfriendly staff attitude.

The room was cozy and had a beautiful view that made me feel relaxed from the moment I entered. As a budget traveler, the comfort and ambiance were just what I needed.

Some might find the restriction of keycard access to the lifts a bit inconvenient, but I understand the need for security.

The ballroom is so stunning, I felt like I was in a fairytale. The gym helped me burn off those buffet calories. And of course, who doesn't love a free steaming rainshower and an ultra-comfy bed? Definitely a delightful stay.

Just loved that awkward feeling of having to double check if I'm entitled to breakfast every morning. So thrilling.

I recently stayed at this well-positioned hotel for business purposes. The location was perfect, close to the central city area. The free and reliable WiFi was a nice touch, as was the complimentary printing in the business center. I appreciated the mini bar being stocked for free and the option of a late check out until 2.00pm. The staff were friendly, although they could improve on offering to bring food deliveries to the room. The comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, and replenished minibar made for a cozy stay. Additionally, the frequent taxis, nearby MRT station, and proximity to Shaw Centre, a movie house, and a food court in Isetan were all convenient.

I do recommend this hotel!

As backpackers, we loved the spacious and luxurious room with a big screen TV and comfy bed. The bathroom was spotless with both a shower and bath. The guest lounge was a great addition, with a TV, coffee machine, and bath facilities. The hotel's location near a Starbucks and shopping center was convenient for buying take-away meals. The staff provided excellent and helpful service.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. the luxurious amenities were outstanding, providing excellent service, an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. the exclusive room advantages, including private facilities, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast with halal food available, while the bar/lounge area provided a great spot for evening drinks.

Although there were hardly any negative points, I did experience a minor issue with the sauna not being available at that time.

Excellent breakfast buffet with diverse cuisines. Clean and comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. Club lounge offers quieter breakfast options and free afternoon tea and happy hour drinks. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location in the heart of the city.

The hotel's location was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was right in the heart of the city, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. the train station was just a few steps away, making it convenient to explore the city. there were plenty of good restaurants and malls nearby, making it a food and shopping lover's paradise. the beds in the room were large and comfortable, perfect for sharing with kids. the water pressure in the shower was excellent, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience.

One aspect of the stay that could have been improved was the lack of complimentary items in the minibar. Instead of snacks and tidbits, there were only canned drinks available.

I booked three rooms at Royal Plaza for my wedding preparation and the staff made me feel like royalty. The friendly and welcoming staff, especially Mdm Poh Ling and the kind Malay lobby gentleman, made my stay truly special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide range of options, all Halal. I also enjoyed the satisfying Lobster Bisque soup from room service. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

There were some minor defects in the plumbing and drainage.

The staff helped me print documents on my first stay. The hotel has everything I need, from free Wi-Fi to a fitness centre and a 24-hour room service. It suits me perfectly. I am coming back for a holiday.
